My artwork is inspired by my interest in interior design and the human interaction within the created environment. I have always had a fascination with home designs specifically and I like to carry that passion into my artwork. In my Senior Exhibition, my passion for drawing and painting has come together with my take on homes and how we live in them.

 

Practicality takes a dominant role in my artwork. Part of my drive is to create works that are not only interesting to look at, but may also allow the viewer to visualize themselves entering the space, utilizing it. Correct dimensions and realistic representation are enhanced by my creative touch of color and paint. My hope is the combination of accuracy and beauty will stimulate the viewer's imagination.
